Consultant Psychologist
Helena is a Chartered psychologist who was responsible for PCL's training division until 2012. She led a team of trainers in delivering BPS accredited Test User qualifications and conversion courses for tools such as BarOn EQ-i 2.0®, BarOn EQ360®, Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Motives Values Preferences Inventory (MVPI), and Hogan Development Survey (HDS).
After gaining her first degree in Psychology at the University of Glasgow, she went on to study for her Masters in Occupational Psychology from Nottingham University in 2003. Prior to joining PCL in 2006, Helena spent several years overseeing recruitment and selection of technical to senior level appointments within a Plc, where she held national accountability for all aspects of the recruitment cycle. During this period, she also completed an MA (CIPD) in Human Resource Management at the University of Central England part time.
Helena is now a PCL Associate and works closely with us on training and consultancy projects.
