Research Projects
Research and validation plays a key role in the development of our psychometric product portfolio and as such we have accumulated a considerable body of data on our tools. As part of this commitment to research and product development we have recently completed two key studies on the relationship between the Hogan Development Survey and other measures of personality. A study completed by Sarah Rasmussen outlines the relationship between the HDS and the Bar-On EQ-i®, whilst a study by Gillian Hyde comments on the relationship between the HDS and the OPQ32i.
Participate in PCL Research
We regularly conduct research associated with the development and validation of our tools and the creation of new products. You may be interested in getting involved, either as an individual or as a company. In return for your participation we will always provide reports and feedback that will be of benefit.
