Career Report

The Career Report describes how an individual will act in various business circumstances, identifies strengths and shortcomings, and includes detailed developmental tips on how to manage his/her career. This high-impact report accurately identifies the behavioural tendencies likely to affect job performance.

Manage Report

The Manage Report highlights the most effective techniques for managing an employee. This in-depth report identifies strengths on which to build and shortcomings that may be a challenge.

Compass Report

The Compass Report outlines the occupational significance of a person's core values and provides effective career planning information. This values-driven report clarifies a person's values, compares these values with various occupations and cultures, and describes the kind of people with whom the person will be comfortable to work and live.

Interpret Report

The Interpret Report presents scores in a graphical representation, interprets the business relevance of the scores, and describes how the scores interact. This comprehensive report describes the assessment subscale scores and how they impact the day-to-day interactions with others.

HDS Feedback Report

The Feedback Report is designed to be given to the candidate and includes one paragraph of narrative text for each of the 10 scales. A graphic representation of the percentile scores is also provided.

Management Development Report

The Management Development Report is suitable to give to the manager and the candidate for management development and includes developmental suggestions and activities for improvement for each scale. It also includes a graphic showing scores on the primary scales and HIC scores for each scale are also provided.

Executive Development Report

The Executive Development Report is suitable to give to the manager and the candidate for management development and includes developmental suggestions and activities for improvement for each scale. It also includes a graphic showing scores on the primary scales and HIC scores for each scale are also provided.

Full Interpretive Report

The Full Interpretive Report provides a wealth of information about the individual's profile for both the consultant and the candidate. A graphic presentation is provided of the profile, followed by scale by scale descriptions of the individual's position on each scale, implications for work related behaviour and discussion points.
