Job Analysis Survey

An online survey to capture the critical competencies for any role. Managers, supervisors or individuals who have done the job or know it well complete the survey and the report prioritises the competencies required and indexes them to show the relative importance of each. Interview Guide

The Interview Guide helps you probe for further evidence of a candidate’s competencies. Questions are generated if there are any potential gaps in relation to the ideal competency profile.  See sample report.

Personal Development

Provides a comprehensive picture of an individual’s personality using either specifically selected competencies or the robust framework of 10 generic competencies. Enables a structured review of an employee’s strengths and limitations, increasing self-awareness and assisting in the formulation of personal development goals. See sample report.

Feedback

The Feedback report is designed to be given to candidates for their own information. It describes their personality profile but only for those aspects of personality that were assessed for the Profile:Match2 template used for the job.

Sifting

A one-page summary designed to help in short-listing prospects from a broader pool of candidates (an upgrade to the full Selection Report is available at a reduced rate). Provides a visual picture of a candidate’s standing against each of the required competencies. See sample report.

Selection

Enables you to assess the strengths and limitations of an individual in relation to the role they are applying for and fairly compare them against other candidates. The predictive power comes from an  ‘item bank’ from which customised questionnaires can be built to focus on the specific competencies required for a role.  See sample report.

360 Feedback

Assesses individuals against the key competencies identified for the role, the framework of 10 generic competencies or against a leadership set of competencies. An individual’s self-ratings of performance are compared to observer ratings from their line manager, peers, direct reports or clients. Uniquely, these performance ratings are considered against the background of candidate potential – the extent to which their personality is likely to facilitate performance. MATCH:UP

An online tool that provides step-by-step guidance for personal development planning. Provides a unique action plan to harness the most positive aspects of personality and manage others in accordance with desired development goals. Designed to complement both the Personal Development Report and 360 Feedback Report.
