PCL publishes the UK editions of the Hogan Perspectives on Personality; the
Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and
the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI).
Individually, these research based questionnaires offer coherent sharp focused
assessment from three key perspectives (the Bright side, the Dark side and
the Inside). In combination they provide unique depth of personality assessment
with strong implications for performance, retention, "fit" and leadership
effectiveness.
