Based on research into management derailment, the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) identifies 11 patterns of dysfunctional interpersonal leadership behaviour that become exaggerated when individuals are under pressure and are difficult to detect in interviews. These ‘dark side’ tendencies erode trust, loyalty and enthusiasm and are of particular concern in relation to supervisory, managerial and leadership roles.
This one-day course is designed for those who will be delivering in-depth interpretation and feedback on the HDS. The emphasis is on practical activities that guide delegates through HDS interpretation, feedback, and report writing. Attendance at this course along with the HDS Advanced Course can lead to eligibility to be entered on to the British Psychological Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use.
