HPI refresh | HDS refresh | MVPI refresh courses (pre-recorded individual online sessions)
Feeling a little rusty about the HPI, HDS or MVPI? Maybe it’s been a while since you used one of the instruments? These courses reintroduce the main scales and subscales of each Hogan tool and bring you up to date and ready to use them in your practice. Each course is available as a stand alone unit so you can update yourself on a single instrument.
Hogan Suite Refresh (pre-recorded online session)
Maybe you trained in all 3 Hogan instruments and haven’t used any of them for a while? This course combines the individual HPI, HDS and MVPI refresher courses and adds a case study profile interpretation discussion to explore the connections across the three Hogan instruments.
Hogan Feedback Practicum
The Hogan Feedback Practicum Course is recommended for Hogan certified individuals who wish to increase their proficiency in delivering feedback to candidates using the 3 core Hogan assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI). Delegates will prepare for a feedback session using the Flash report of a fictitious candidate and the suggested PCL resources, and then deliver a 1-hour virtual practice feedback session. One of our Hogan Consultant Psychologists will role-play the character while also observing the feedback. After the 1-hour feedback the consultant will spend the last 30-minutes of the call discussing what went well and what feedback skills could be further improved, while also providing additional interpretation and best practice tips for future reference.
Please note, you must already be certified in the Hogan & EQ tools in order to access the refresher courses. If our database does not have a record of your training, you will receive an email requesting further details of your qualification before proceeding.
EQ-i 2.0 Reports Refresher (pre-recorded online session)
Need to recharge your knowledge on EQ-i 2.0 reports? This refresher reintroduces the EQ-i 2.0 Workplace (both Client and Coach version) and Leadership reports.
EQ-i 2.0 Model Refresher (pre-recorded online session)
Do you need a reminder of the model underpinning the EQ-i 2.0? This course explains the model and reminds you of the main composites and subscales being assessed while also addressing the importance of relationships between scales.
EQ-i 2.0 Model & Reports Refresher (pre-recorded online session)
If you’re looking to recharge your knowledge of the EQ-i 2.0 Model AND Reports? This course will reintroduce you to both.
EQ360 Refresher (pre-recorded online session)
Are you an EQ360 user in need of some revision? This course specifically focuses on the EQ360 model and the EQ360 reports (Client and Coach version) and also gives you best practice tips when implementing the EQ360 to avoid common pitfalls.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE COURSES?
Once you book onto your course, via the ‘Book your Course’ form below, you will be sent the invoice. Once payment is confirmed, we will share the access details to complete your chosen course.
If you have selected a Feedback Practicum, once logged in you will be prompted to book your session with a consultant. These time slots are Tuesday (08.30am-10.00am) and Friday (15.00-16.30) of each week.
HOW LONG DOES EACH COURSE TAKE?
HPI/HDS/MVPI Refresh – 1 hour inclusive of activities
Hogan Suite Refresh – 3 hours 45 minutes
Hogan Feedback Practicum – 1 hour 30 minutes plus delegate prep time (recommend 30/45 minutes)
EQ-i 2.0 Model Refresher – 1 hour
EQ-i 2.0 Report Refresher – 20 minutes
EQ- i 2.0 Model + Reports Refresher – 1 hour 20 minutes
EQ 360 Refresher – 1 hour
EQ Feedback Practicum – 1 hour 30 minutes plus delegate prep time (recommend 30/45 minutes)
DO I NEED TO PASS AN EXAM TO COMPLETE THE COURSE?
No. The courses involve exercises and activities but the purpose of the workshops are to refresh your knowledge of the tools.
